Pro Chefs Rank Southeast Asian Desserts
Spearheaded an R&D project at Mythical Kitchen that included episode pitching, thumbnail and title development, recipe testing, historical culinary research, and appearing on-screen for the podcast recording of “Pro Chefs Rank Southeast Asian Desserts”. Pictured above is the R&D process for the chosen desserts from my cultural heritage, using traditional techniques and recipes to make Ondeh Ondeh, Kueh Lapis, Cendol, Burbur Cha Cha, Kaya Toast with Eggs, and Milo Dinosaurs. Pictured on the left are the final dishes for tasting on-screen with podcast hosts and chefs Josh Scherer and Lily Cousins-Burrola.
